What we collect and why
We collect contact information, company details, project descriptions, uploaded files and basic technical requirements when you submit forms on this site. We use this information to evaluate mold projects, prepare quotations, send DFM feedback, answer contact requests and maintain project history for ongoing customer support.
Retention period
General contact submissions are retained for up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for an active commercial relationship. DFM and quotation records may be retained for up to 36 months so we can reference technical discussions, tooling assumptions and prior pricing context.
How we share data
We do not sell personal data. Information may be shared with internal project, sales or engineering staff and with service providers that help us run the website, deliver emails or manage file submissions. These providers only receive the information needed to perform their service.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or export of your personal data. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests where applicable. To make a request, emailjessica@jfmoulds.com.
GDPR cookie statement
This site uses essential technical cookies or comparable local storage only where needed to keep forms, navigation and security protections working. Security services such as anti-bot verification are treated as necessary for the service request flow and cannot be disabled when active. We do not rely on optional marketing cookies on this first release.
International transfers and security
Because JF MOULD works with overseas buyers, submitted information may be accessed by staff in China and by infrastructure providers used to host the website and email flow. We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect submitted data from unauthorized access, loss or misuse.
