OEM workflow

From RFQ to qualified mold delivery

Our process keeps engineering review, toolmaking, trial validation, and shipment expectations in one visible path so overseas buyers know what happens next at each stage.

DFM before tooling One in-house build schedule Trial feedback before shipment
  1. 01

    RFQ & Drawing Review

We check part geometry, target resin, annual volume, and delivery goals before confirming the mold scope.

  2. 02

    DFM Analysis

Engineers flag wall-thickness, draft, gate, cooling, and undercut risks so we can align on the right solution early.

  3. 03

    Mold Design

Approved DFM converts into a manufacturable mold layout covering structure, steel, runner system, and action details.

  4. 04

    Mold Manufacturing

Core and cavity steel move through CNC, EDM, wire cut, drilling, and finishing under an in-house schedule.

  5. 05

    Mold Assembly

We assemble inserts, actions, hot runner parts, cooling lines, and standard components into a trial-ready tool.

  6. 06

    Mold Trial & Validation

T0/T1 sampling verifies filling balance, dimensions, appearance, and cycle behavior with a written action list.

  7. 07

    Customer Approval

Trial reports, part photos, and sample feedback are closed out before shipment or production release.

  8. 08

    Delivery

The mold is preserved, packed, documented, and shipped with spare parts and startup recommendations.
